If this happens, one of trustees will meet with you, or your nominated representative, to discuss the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved in that meeting then the trustees will meet to debate a resolution to end your membership. They will give you at least 21 days notice in writing of the time of the meeting, alongside the reason for its proposal. You will be invited to make representations at that meeting or for you to send a representative to do so on your behalf. If the trustees pass the resolution then your membership will end immediately.
